Position Summary: The Account Manager is the primary point of contact for Segmint clients and is comfortable managing and growing client accounts while prioritizing multiple objectives. Successful candidates are energized by new technology and teaching it to others and enjoy equal parts diving into the system to improve the performance of a campaign and consulting with clients regarding their business strategies. Responsibilities: - Manage and grow a roster of clients - Achieve cross-sell and up-sell revenue goals - Collaborate with clients and internal working groups to accomplish objectives - Utilize proven project management skills to rapidly onboard new clients - Proactively identify opportunities and areas of improvement to deliver a superior client experience - Articulate the value of data-driven online and mobile media strategies - Identify and cross-sell strategic campaign opportunities - Build credibility as a strategic resource / partner for clients - Train client users on core and enhanced product features - Convey customer product requests and requirements to internal teams and stakeholders - Demonstrate a willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to ‘get the job done’ in a rapidly evolving environment Required Qualifications: - 2 – 5 years experience working with digital media - 3+ years client-facing responsibility - Superior communication and collaboration skills - Outstanding organization and project skills - Experience managing campaign using RTB, DSPs and ad exchanges - Demonstrated success with analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Proven track record building strong client relationships, understanding client goals and objectives and growing client accounts. - Experience with MS Office, specializing in communicating technical and analytical concepts effectively with tables, charts and presentations - Responsible self-starter with a sense of urgency balanced by attention to detail - Comfortable with change in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Note: Due to the nature of Segmint’s business, it is necessary for all employees to sign an Intellectual Property Employee Agreement.
